Uninstalled w3TC and images still missing

Hi There, I install w3tc wanting to use it and ran in to problems with my gallery Royalslider and nextgen and footer images. I un-installed w3tc and they are still missing. Any help welcome as would like them back working and if posible w3tc reinstall and all running fine. thank you.
