Uninstalling doesn't remove cached files

I’m having a major issue. I have 20+ sites and am approaching my File Storage limit because W3 Total Cache creates tons of folders. Furthermore, uninstalling the plugin doesn’t delete the cached files found in wp-content/cache. Do I have to manually delete all the cached files for my sites?
