Uninstalling -just making sure

    I have two wordpress installations on the same domain.
    1) mydomain.com
    2) mydomain.com/blog

    I want to uninstall the second one. As I understand I will have to delete all the folder mydomain.com/blog and delete the database. Am I right in assuming that all the pages for that mydomain.com/blog installation are ONLY in that /blog folder? Thanks!

  • Hello copywrite2012, yes that is correct. Deleting mydomain.com/blog and the database is all you have to do :). Also take into consideration any links that you might have between mydomain.com and mydomain.com/blog. However if you are using a host that has fantastico or another installation program you can delete it through these programs and they will remove everything including the database for you.

    One more thing you might want to make a back up just in case you want to rethink your decision ??
