Uninstalling Plugin

    Hi

    I was using this plugin on my site for enabling payment option on site’s checkout but currently plugin is not in use & I want to delete it from my dashboard.

    Is it safe to delete? Any problem that can be caused by this action? My previous orders which came through this payment gateway will be unaffected & I still be able to access those order & relevant data?


    Please let me know what’s best to do.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    You can safely delete the Braintree for WooCommerce Payment Gateway plugin from your dashboard. This action will not cause any problems to your existing setup.

    Your previous orders and relevant data, which were processed through this payment gateway, will remain unaffected. You will continue to have access to all your past order information.

    However, please ensure you have another payment gateway setup for your future transactions. Just curious, do you mind sharing why you’d like to uninstall and delete the Braintree for WooCommerce Payment Gateway plugin from your store?
