Checkboxes are not unique selections. Users can select all options that I don’t want to do. A user can choose one checkbox only. For example, I want to give an option with a checkbox do you have allergy? They can check both yes and no. So this is a problem. A User must select one box only, and not be able to both check boxes.

    How can I do this?

Unfortunately, your requirement cannot be achieved using the Checkbox Group field type.

However, if you would like to choose only one option, then you can use the field type Radio instead of Checkbox Group.

    Thank you!

The radio button looks ugly! Radio button stays in a line and label stays at the bottom! Please fix this CSS issue. Thanks
