• Hello Everyone,

I am trying to add an unique Instagram feed for each individual artist profile. I’m not sure how I would do this but when I add the following code [instagram-feed id=”263490984″] I want the feed for that specific user ID “263490984”, instead it is still showing the other IDs that are added on the plugin configure page.

Let me know if you need more information from me.

    Hey redprintm,

That’s strange. That shortcode should display only the photos from that specific User ID. Is it possible to provide a link to the page where you’re using that shortcode so that I can take a look?

    Many thanks!

I am still designing the website through a local host so I wouldn’t know how I would show you the page. Do you think that the reason for this problem is because it is being done at a local host? If the problem still continues when I publish I will let you know, but thanks for replying to my question John!

There shouldn’t be any problem using it on localhost. I have all of my test sites on localhost. It’s hard to say for sure what’s causing the problem without seeing it, but here’s some questions to help narrow it down:

    1) If you’re using the shortcode in a page or post then could you go to the editor for that page, click on the ‘Text’ tab on the top-right of the editor, and see whether there’s any HTML tags in the shortcode at all. Even if there’s nothing obvious could you copy and paste the shortcode into your reply?

    2) Is it possible to right click on the feed, click “Inspect Element”, and send me a screenshot of the feed’s main #sb_instagram element?

    3) Do any of the shortcode options work in the shortcode? Such as ‘num’ or ‘cols’

    Thanks!

    John
