Unique Page Views / Time Interval not working

Hey Guys,
I just installed your plugin and have it synced up with Post Pay Counter Pro (They offered an integration and it works just fine) however, I saw that you have the option to choose the time interval (24 hours default) where only 1 visit will be recorded per user within that time frame. That is 100% exactly what I need and I’m looking for. But, It’s not working ?? ?? ??

If I create a post, publish it – and then view it – it registers as 1 view. Great. But now, if I refresh the page, even after ticking the “Strict counting” box in the settings, it registers as 2 views. No matter what combination of settings I try, every time I refresh the page, it registers as a new view.

I’d really appreciate any help here!
