Unique slide with dynamic logos

Hello,
I need to create a slider with dynamically loaded logos according to programming, so I can’t create the slides manually.
I have done this by creating a slide and adding the shortcode of the HTML generated with the logos but slider thinks it is a slide and shows it in its entirety on screen, without arrows or points to move forward or backward.
Is there any way to do this?
