Unique views and Clicks indicate 100.0%

    10 months ago I wrote about a problem with sending behavior. But I didn’t follow up on your questions. I am therefore coming back to re-submit the problem since it persists despite the updates of ALO EasyMail Newsletter.

    Sending reports always indicate 100.0% for Unique Views and Clicks.
    But I received some Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender messages.
    How is it possible to get 100.0% for Unique views and Clicks and at the same time to receive some Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender messages?

    I check with one of those subscribers for which I received Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender messages, and he did’t receive the newsletter. But ALO shows me 100.0% for Unique views and Clicks.

    I use Post SMTP plugin by yehuda as a SMTP service.

    In ALO EasyMail Newsletter settings, the Batch sending options are:
    1) Maximum number of emails that can be sent in a 24-hr period: 2000
    2) Maximum number of emails that can be sent per batch (every 5 minutes): 25
    3) Interval between emails in a single batch, in milliseconds: 0

    And there is a green band at the top with the following message:

    The cron is scheduled to launch a batch every 5 minutes. Next possible sending: 11 Jan 2021 @ 11:13

    I have 375 subscribers.

    Can it be a problem with the provider mail server (Blue Host in my case) ?
