So, from what I understand, you are not actually looking to merge/combine cells, but to move the content from one column into another as well?

Unfortunately, I’m not aware of an automatic solution for that. Your best solution could be to export the table to a CSV file and open that in Excel. Then, you could maybe create a formula that combines the texts.

It could also be possible to do this directly inside the CSV file, with a good text editor that can do multi-selection and multi-editing.

Now, one question: Where did the table originally come from? You probably didn’t type everything in TablePress but already imported this from a file?

Hello and thank you for answering me, yes the file was imported from Excel but it was already like this so anyway it is a problem to merge the 2 columns without rewriting it from scratch, thank you common for the answer and I will have to copy it by hand.

as I said, you could also use a formula in Excel to do this, or save the table to a CSV file and do it there.

You could maybe also look into purchasing a TablePress premium license (see https://tablepress.org/premium/ ), which also comes with direct priority email support. With that, I could also help with changing the data as needed.

As far as the license is concerned, I always have to ask the owner of the site, Order of Pharmacists, for export in CSV or Excell I will try. Thank you
