unistalling AMP plugin

It may take a while for Search Console to detect changes after uninstalling the plugin. There’s nothing else you need to do.

Of course if you are using some sorts of caching plugin you might also need to clear its cache.

Besides that, what made you disable the AMP plugin? Was something not working as expected? Did you have trouble making your themes and plugins AMP-compatible?
