Unistalling Client Dash

    I made a mistake and made a menu for Administrators then realised that I actually wanted to make the menu for another Role. So I deleted the Admin menu that I created. I can no longer see the links for Client Dash and many other things. How to I delete the plugin(including and database entries) and start over again.
