“Unit by URL” shown not on list

  • Very satisfied with the plugin so far, but recently I’ve noticed that my “unit by URL” – which shows books from one of my idea lists on Amazon – often shows a product (a webcam with product ID B00KCYQGXE) that is not on my Amazon list. The product ID is found by the plugin, I can see it in the “Found Products:” list.

    I saw that my unit was also in the “Auto-insert” category so I removed it from there. I also disabled the Ad Inserter plugin which I use for Adsense temporarily, and tested after clearing the AutoLinks cache, but I keep on seeing the webcam… any ideas what might be wrong?

    Hi,

    When you go to the Unit editing page, you’ll find the option field that lists found products in the specified page. Please check if the unwanted item is listed there.

    If listed, it means somehow the plugin find the product so you need to set up a black list. If you scroll down the same page (unit editing page), you’ll find the Black List section.

    If not listed, I’m not sure. I would try temporarily disabling all the auto-insert items and check which one inserts the unwanted item.

    Yes, the product ID is found by the plugin. I will try the black list option, thanks!
