Unit conversion not showing

I just purchased WP Recipe Maker Premium, and I have a couple questions:
1. I activated/registered both WP Recipe Maker Premium and WP Unit Conversion plugins. I enabled “Unit Conversion” in the settings. However, I do not see any way to change units from the end user perspective (see example here: https://www.196flavors.com/dev/france-clafoutis/)
2. I am using a dev environment (as you can see) to test every plugin before going live. Is there any way to use/activate/register the plugins on both environments (same domain) with a single license? I am not going to purchase 2 licenses of everything just to test ??
3. With unit conversions, is it only one way? Reason I ask is because I use metric for the French version of the recipe, and imperial for the US version. Do I have to choose a default in the plugin settings? I am asking this question as I cannot see how it looks like on end-user side, and if my configuration would work, even though I know WPRM does not support WPML just yet ??
4. Last question: good job on the translation of the UI for the French version. Only thing is I’d like to change some of the labels to adapt them to the UI. For example, “Temps de préparation” is too long and I’d like to shorten it to “Temps de prép.” Where would I go to change that? If in the code, where? And would the change be overwritten by upgrades?
