Unit of size

    Hi,

    I noticed that variable products have size as an attribute which customers can select in front end.

    However, due to missing units (inch or cms) customers are getting confused and risk of returns are enhanced.

    Specifically in EU where people use cm everyone is emailing if 12*18 means cm or inches causing much lost time and sales.

    Can you kindly display units in the front end to solve this ??

    Please remember EU uses Cms and its best to allow a selection?

    Thanks for the feedback! Currently the default sizes for posters etc. are in inches. In cases where centimeters are used, it’s mentioned explicitly. I have passed this feedback the responsible team and we’ll look into improving this experience.
