Unite – theme issues

Hey everyone,

I am a new user to wordpress and I have my site set up pretty far now, but I keep coming across some issues that are puzzling to me:

1) I am using the UNITE theme and for some reason when you initially load my website it pops up with the original layout of the unite theme (with my menu bar) but none of my formatting. Then, if you hit refresh it loads the rest of the format correctly.

2) For some reason the text in the visual editor for the pages sometimes does not appear the same way after you publish the page.

Any hints or tips are appreciated!!!
