Universal analytics, manual insertion, e-junkie e-commerce tracking

I just enabled universal analytics trough the yoast plugin on my site https://www.fotocomefare.com.
Since I selle prodcuts through e-junkie, I have to use their e-commerce tracking code in place of the GA one. However, I can’t see that option now that I moved to universal analytics.

Moreover, my GA account isn’t tracking visits now.

What should i do?
