Universal Short Description

    Hello,
    I am trying to add a universal short description to all my products (something like “Free shipping from 10USD” etc), it is best if this universal short description can appear in all new product forms but can be modified when a new product is created, by adding even more information or taking out some of the default lines. I have been searching for plugins that can do this but so far with no success. Can someone please let me know if it is possible to do this at all and how to.

  • Um, Content Blocks may help:

    You can set up a content block for your standard text. The content block editor will show you the shortcode that you’ll need to paste into the product short description editor.

    If you edit the Content Block, the excerpt in all linked products will change.

    You can have a range of Content Blocks for different circumstances.

    Extra product-specific text can be added before or after the shortcode.
