Unknown column ‘kp4_’ in ‘field list’

In the other thread it was mentioned that the database might have been affected by a PC crash. That can sometimes cause errors even if all plugins and themes are working correctly. Have you tried restoring the database from a backup or repairing the database tables? Or, if this is a completely new site with no content, maybe it would be feasible to reinstall WordPress and/or recreate the database?

At the moment, Error Log Monitor cannot provide any additional details about database errors.

My PC crash and problems with database was another problem (not related to this topic).
Error I’m talking here about is on fresh WP install only with your plugin installed and without any content added.

Does the error stop happening if you deactivate the plugin? As long as you have error logging enabled, any new errors will still be added to the log file even if Error Log Monitor is not active.

Also, are you using the default theme or another theme? In some cases, themes can also trigger errors.

Strange was, that this error show up only one times (after your plugin installation and my first look at the dasboard), I cleared log and than it won’t appear again.
I’m not sure about theme right know, but I think it was 99% default theme, because I didn’t have installed necessary plugins yet.

Unfortunately, it can be very hard to figure out what caused an error if it only happens once. If you notice that it starts happening every time you open a certain page or activate/deactivate a specific plugin or theme, then it might be possible to narrow down the potential causes.
