Unknown column 'show_answers' in 'field list'

When I go to add a new quiz, I briefly get this error:
Unknown column 'show_answers' in 'field list'It also outputs the SQL, then redirects immediately.
It was doing this prior to my upgrading WP and the plugin. That’s actually why I upgraded to get it fixed. But I’m now running the latest version of both, and it’s still occurring.
