    I haven’t changed any of my details but when trying to log in I am receiving this message:

    Unknown email address. Check again or try your username.

    Any help would be extremely appreciate it.

    Have you tried resetting your password ?

    you can first try using the built-in recovery feature. Click on Lost your password? on the login screen and you will be prompted to enter your email address. WordPress will send you a link via email, which you can use to create a new password.

    Let us know how you go with that?
