Unknown error

Hi, I’ve installed chimpmate and when I try to sign up to check everything works fine, I get an “unknown error”. I’ve disabled all required fields for this list on my mailchimp account (except email, cause I can’t) but nothing’s changed. I don’t know how to fix this.
