Unknown Error shown with Instagram Gallery

  • Today our Webpage started to show only “Unknown Error” when I access the start page, where the shortcode is located:
    [photonic type=’instagram’ carousel_handling=’expand’ count=’10’ layout=’strip-below’ fx=’fade’]

    When I try to add an Instagram gallery to a test page, I get the error “No data returned. Error code 500” after I select Type of Gallery.

    How to fix this?

    A few weeks back Facebook put in a rule that the access tokens will expire after 60 days if your account is not a public account. I am wondering if this is what is happening in your case.

    Can you try redoing the authentication (from Photonic → Authentication)? Maybe that will help?
