Unknown (favicon) Image on Homepage

Hi.

I was editing my website several times until last month.
And, I let it stand for a while to ask opinions from my friends.
Just an hour ago, I found an image, it was my favicon image (my business logo) appears in a very huge size at the first line on my homepage. I try to edit it with block editor, but it was not showed up in blocks.

Is it a cache issue? Hope someone can check on my homepage and, help me figure it out.
