I am getting the following warnings on my site:

Unknown file in WordPress core: wp-includes/SimplePie/o58b3610tlindex.php

Unknown file in WordPress core: wp-includes/ID3/index.php

Unknown file in WordPress core: wp-admin/maint/lock360.phTML

Unknown file in WordPress core: wp-admin/radio.php

Do I need them and if not what is the best way to delete them?
    Thanks

Hi @twistsd, thanks for reaching out to us.

Does the scan offer you the opportunity to replace/repair the affected files? If so, I would take a backup of the site and try letting Wordfence clean these up for you.

Alternatively, you could try (after the backup) deleting them manually from your hosting file manager or FTP. The key point would be to see whether any operations are affected, or whether they return after deletion. Some plugins from time-to-time do add files or cached versions of files to your WordPress core folders, but it is usually good practice NOT to do this, so can be a sign of malicious activity but I’m not suspecting that at this stage.

Let me know how that goes,

    Peter.
