Unknown network error while downloading export file

Hi, i’m trying to download the export file from 3 wordpress sites that i have in my current hosting service, but in the middle of the download, these are canceled and i see a message saying “Unknown network error”. I’ve tried downloading many times and always is the same. Some idea of where could be the problem? Thanks a lot for your help.
