Please clear analytics cache under WooCommerce > Status > Tools. If that still doesn’t help, please share a copy of your site’s System Status.

Do you have a caching plugin enabled? If so, you’ll want to purge all cache from it and then clear your browser’s cache .

I am suspecting that due to the order value & quantity getting changed for that particular order only this has happened. I can see the analytics showing wrong/unknown values as in the screenshot only for this month’s data. Last month’s data is showing fine.

I also suspect that the phone/mobile number entered by the registered user while placing the order caused such issue as the number starts with ‘1’. May be user tried to insert some special character for USA phone number (currently we sell only in india & not anywhere else)

Do you have a caching plugin enabled? If so, you’ll want to purge all cache from it and then clear your browser’s cache .

We are not using any specific caching plugin but we have connected the website to Cloudflare & are using it’s CDN & caching service.

I can share the site’s system status if it’s required even now.

Just to ensure that this isn’t due to a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme, could you temporarily switch to a default WP theme like Twenty Twenty-One or Storefront, and deactivate all plugins apart from WooCommerce? We have been using this setup from almost 1.5-2 Years now (the same set of plugins & theme (oceanwp) combination) and have never faced such issue. Are you talking about any recent updates happening to the plugins can also cause conflict?
Then the only way is to deactivate one by one & check as this is a live website with lot of visitors & transactions happening. We cannot switch to default theme & deactivate all plugins at once.

One more thing, the specific order number which I have mentioned that it’s showing different quantity and order amount is neither getting canceled or getting failed. When you change the status and click on update it just not click able.

Any other way to cancel or delete the order. I guess this will resolve the issue.

You can clone your site to a staging environment and perform tests without modifying your live site or impacting customers.

Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-staging/.

The wordpress version is just only 1 version earlier of the current one. I don’t think this can solve this issue.

However, this is a manual update from the file manager which we do & this will be done in the next week.

Meanwhile can you at least help in deleting / canceling that particular order mentioned in the above replies so that I can remove those odd numbers shown in order as well as Analytics.

Just to confirm, is the standard way of moving to trash not working for you?

Can you please share if you are getting any error message while trying to delete the order?

Luckily & fortunately the standard way of moving the order to trash works for that order & currently I have moved the order to trash.

And now the order is removed/deleted also the analytics is showing proper numbers.

Seems to be a temporary bug. Do you have something to say on this? Like how this might have happened? Just to understand & take care going forward.

Glad to hear that it’s all sorted out.

I’m not sure what might have happened but according to our experience most of the time the problem is caused by conflicts with the theme or with another plugin.

If you see that again it’s a smart idea to run a conflict test as a first troubleshooting step.
