Unknown text appearing before the "READMORE"

    Hello,

    I am new to WP, infact just helping out a friend, but it is very nice. My last “helping out” was Joomla 4 years ago and that is still ongoing. However my problem is this. On this page

    There is default text “in german” showing before the readmore link. When I click the readmore I get the blog post as it is written, however I hav absolutely no idea where the text before the readmore is comming from.

    Any help would be really appreciated as I have been clicking buttons for several hours looking for the obviously simple answer.
