    I have tried emailing support twice now, but no one has bothered to get back to me. Jetpack is not working correctly on my website jacuzzicentre.co.uk.

    The tokens seem to be missing. I cannot use publicize as the links to social media are not working and site stats are not either.

    Please could someone get back to me and tell me how I can fix this plugin.

  • I had the same issue. I fixed it by de-activating Jetpack, re-activating the plugin, and re-connecting to WordPress.com.

    I had the same issue, but I can’t reconnect after reactivation. It’s throwing an error:

    Invalid request, please go back and try again.
    Error Code: invalid_client
    Error Message: Unknown client_id.

    If the issue continues, can you try to delete the Jetpack plugin and reinstall it?

    I disconnect jetpack and reconnect it. By scrolling right to the bottom and clicking ‘disconnect from WordPress’. and then re-connecting it.

    I haven’t tried updating it again though!
