    Hello,

All of my Jetpack statistics have dissapeared.

Everything began after a friend of mine helped me replicate my website on another subdomain. My main website is at https://restaurantemploi.com and the other website is at https://saisonnier.restaurantemploi.com

The first one is a job board for the hospitality industry. The second one is kind of the same, but for seasonal work.

I think my friend duplicated a bit too much and it messed up with my Jetpack statistics. I think the two blogs now have the same ID and it messes up with Jetpack. At first, the new website was displaying my main website statistics.

I tried to fix this by disconnecting and re-connecting Jetpack to this blog (saisonnier.restaurantemploi.com). It didn’t fix the problem but made it worse, as I now have the “unknown_token” error on both of the websites.

I also filled out a support, but if someone from the community is able to help me, it’d be great.

    Thank you,

    Kevin.

After some e-mails with the Jetpack support, we sorted out the problem.

I had to disconnect Jetpack from wordpress.com and it fixed the issue.

    Thank you very much.

Running into the same issue. How did you disconnect Jetpack from WordPress.com? Does it take getting in touch with someone at Automattic?

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

@spencer Bean To disconnect your site from WordPress.com and reconnect it, go the Jetpack menu in your dashboard, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click on “Disconnect from WordPress.com”. Once you’ve done so you’ll be able to reconnect to WordPress.com by clicking on the connect button at the top of the page.

If that doesn’t help, can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2) Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5) Click the “Contact Support” button.

    Thanks!
