unknown token with jetpack site stats

It is a while since I’ve checked my site stats. Now I get a msg unknown_token: It looks like your Jetpack connection is broken. Try disconnecting from WordPress.com then reconnecting.
I know this thread has been here many years ago but none of the solutions works for me…and they are with much alder versions.
I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting but this does not help. I may have accidently at some sage created another login for wordpress.com. unconnected to my site. Could this be messing with me? How can i delete it?
Would uninstalling and reinstalling jetpack help? … but then Iwould looke all my stats.
