    Hi,

    Was doing an import and I got the message – “Unable to authenticate your request with secret_key =”. I saw that your plugin was out of date, so I updated it and the unlimited extension asked for the purchase ID before it would update, with that working on 1 site, (the site I am importing from), but the site that I am attempting to import to, despite inserting my purchase ID, it us refusing to update.

    I even tried zipping and downloading the updated plugin from the site that did update, then overwriting the folder via FTP in the site that won’t update, but that hasn’t helped, can anybody suggest a fix?

    Yes I have Pin, been you I have been in communication with, and still waiting resolution.

    Any news yet? I’m desperate to get this site migrated, with one site, (the export site), having updated to V5.3.6, while the import site is still showing V5.3.5 as the current one, with that site too, both the unlimited and URL extension refusing to accept the updates they show to need when the relevant purchase code is saved on them.

    I am sorry once again you had to use another solution to migrate the site.
