• Be careful before purchasing an unlimited plan. On the author’s page the Plugin description talks a lot about everything, including AVIF. But the catch is that there is a separate text, at the bottom of the page, stating that unlimited plans do not allow AVIF. Time… if the biggest and most innovative feature of the plugin is the AVIF format, that information would have to be in the product description itself, not hidden underneath. Especially because, right after the description there is a “Call to action” button to buy the plugin, and thus 99% of people click right there after reading the description. It seemed kind of misleading, I’m cancelling.

    Hi @onnkill,

Thank you for taking the time to sign up to WordPress and and give us feedback on our services. Good or bad, we appreciate it.

I understand your frustration very well, but I must say that in many places we indicate that AVIF is not included.

If we can help you in any other way, please do not hesitate to let us know.

    Hi Gerard,

Yes, I wanted to sign up to make this comment because I don’t think it’s transparent on your page. As I said, the information exists, but my main criticism is that the product description does not say anything about the restriction, and just below it already has a purchase button. Understand that this can cause (as it did) confusion for your site’s readers. If you stop and analyze it coldly, you will see that it makes sense. How do you expect anyone to read the bottom of the site if you yourself call to action at the top? It remains as a suggestion.
