"Unlink" and "headers already sent" errors

    I’m getting some errors on one of my sites:

    Warning: unlink(/home/xxxxxx/wp-content/cache/cache-enabler/xxxxxx.com/index.html): No such file or directory in /home/xxxxxx/wp-content/plugins/cache-enabler/inc/cache_enabler_disk.class.php on line 171

    Warning: unlink(/home/xxxxxx/wp-content/cache/cache-enabler/xxxxxx.com/index.html.gz): No such file or directory in /home/xxxxxx/wp-content/plugins/cache-enabler/inc/cache_enabler_disk.class.php on line 172

    I have Jetpack installed and WordPress 4.4.
    Please advise.
