Unlink parent level page? – Make parent unclickable – nonclickable

I simply want to make SOME parent pages unclickable. There is a plugin called Page Link Plus that makes individual parents unclickable but it removes my menu style. It reverts the menu text back to default and I haven’t been able to overcome that.

Does anybody have a simple edit that will change per page parent clickablity?

Seems like such a simple thing but I’ve been working on it for days.
