    Hello @gtaranti,

No, Unlisted post should be hidden from search results.
Is the search result generated using some plugin on your site or you are using default WordPress search?

    Hi!

I’m using the Pro theme which I think uses the default WordPress search .

    Oh sorry!

I’m using the ‘Ajax Search Lite’ plugin!

Do you know if I have to change some setting in there?

Unfortunately, The Plugin seems to be doing custom database queries to return the database results so it will not work with the unlist posts plugin.

Unlist Posts does work with the default WordPress search or any other plugins which use WP_Query to return the search results.

    Thanks.

I do like the Ajax Search Lite plugin, so I don’t want to change it.
I have to live with this.

If the Ajax Search plugin uses posts_where filter in it’s query then this Unlist Posts plugin can also hide posts from Ajax Search plugin.

You can check by contacting the plugin author of they can add this support.

Here is the exact code from Unlist Posts plugin related to this filter.

Hey there, I am struggling with this as well. I just downloaded this today and it is untested with my version of wordpress. I also use the email before download plugin with this page. Any tips? Thank you
