Unload featured image instead of display:none?

Hi, awesome little plugin! I was wondering how hard it would be to modify the plugin so it could remove the post thumbnail action instead of using CSS to display:none?
I ask because people could still view the source code of the page/post and find the thumbnail. Cheers!
