unload JS and CSS when no shortcode in page

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

The JS file is only loaded if a table on the page uses the JS features. For the CSS file, this is not that easy. Please see https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/enable-tablepress-resources-only-on-pages-that-use-them/ for a possible approach.
