Unlock IP Not Working

    I’ve been using All In One WP Security & Firewall for years. The unlock IP feature worked, but don’t know when it becomes not working.

    I thought it was my web hosting problem that fail to send email. But if I disable All In One WP Security & Firewall and test reset password (WordPress feature), I can receive that email.

    Hi, you will have to do a bit of troubleshooting.

    Can you enable the plugin again, then make sure no Firewall features are enabled. Then carry out a test? If this works then you know it is one of the Firewall features causing this issue. If not, then can you carry out this with the rest of the features in the plugin until you run into the conflicting feature.
