    Hey,

The logged out user sees the login and registration form after clicking the direct link to the existing ticket. Why does the user who has the ticket see the registration form?

To view an existing ticket, he should only log in.

    Hi:

When a user is logged out there is no way for the system to know whether they have a ticket or not or even if they’re registered on the system. So both the registration and login forms are shown.

You can, of course, turn off registration completely in our settings screen.

    Thanks.

When you are logged out and you are on page with existing ticket you should see only login form.

When I register on page with existing ticket I will get error message “You are not allowed to view this ticket.”.

Turning off registration completely isn’t any solution, because this form is needed.

    Hi:

I think I might need to see a screen shot of what you mean. As far as I know there’s no way for the login page to know when its on a “ticket” page since, well, the user is logged out and therefore there is no context available.

    Thanks.

I will explain one more time:

User receives e-mail after sending ticket, and in this e-mail has direct link to the ticket. When he clicks this link but is logged out, he will get page with two forms one for login and another for registration.

I don’t know why user with ticket should have option to create another account.

    Hi:

It sounds like you want two login pages – one for the links that go out in emails and one for everything else. Unfortunately that is not a feature of the plugin – we only have one login page. A link to the login page has no context so whether the link is in an email or from someplace else the login page has no idea where its coming from.

As mentioned before you can, of course, turn off registration completely in our settings screen.

You can also set your own login page in the tickets->settings->advanced tab.

    Thanks.
