    I changed hosts and am trying to move my site from my old host to my new host. The export/import feature didn’t work. So I created a backup and uploaded it per the instructions given. I started the restore stage of the backup and it has been saying “unpacking archive” all day. There is no percentage given, so I don’t know if it’s doing anything. The backup is large, it’s 2GB. I’m sure that slows things down. But is this normal or I have encountered a problem?

    The host is GoDaddy. I emailed someone a short time ago for support. It’s been 24 hours and it still says it’s unpacking the archive.

    Yes I did. I installed the release candidate. It sped things up, but got stuck on activating plugins.
