• Our team is trying to understand the nature of these timed-out transactions coming through as Cancelled orders in Woocommerce.

    In what instances would these messages occur? Customers on our checkout page keep reporting an error message. When we refer to the transaction details, it states the Sezzle Transaction ID, with the Order notes message:

    Unpaid order cancelled – time limit reached. Order status changed from Pending payment to Cancelled.
