Unpaid Orders or “Pending Payment” Orders are not getting changed to Cancelled

    Hello!

    I would like to inquire about an issue that “Pending Payment” orders are not getting automatically cancelled.

    Please keep in mind that I have disabled “Hold Stock” option in the settings but I still need the Pending Payment orders to be cancelled within 24 hours at least.

    Please let me know how can I do that?

    If I understand correctly, you need to use the “On-hold” order feature to be able to get the pending payment orders canceled automatically.

    In case you are looking for other options, here I have found a plugin that seems to be having this feature on different conditions – WooCommerce Cancel Abandoned Order

    There is a custom solution as well – Cancel WooCommerce not-paid Orders automatically

    I did not test the plugin or code so I will recommend having safety measures before working with them.
