    I set in the inventory setting for 15 minutes holding stock.
    However, orders are not getting cancelled after the specified time.
    How to fix?

    This might be related to the Cron Job not working properly.

    Go to WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > System Status and check if the WordPress cron is marked with a red X:

    Hi there,

    Can you share a screenshot of the order notes for that order? You can find that under WooCommerce > Orders > YOUR ORDER > Order Notes on the right hand side.

    In addition, are you seeing any error messages when installing the https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-crontrol/ plugin?

    How can I add image here? Or should I reply to your message per email?
    I already cancelled this pending order so it only says “Order status was changed from Pending payment to cancelled.”.
    I installed the plugin and there were no error when installing.

    Please check the screenshot, although it is in Japanese. I have tried switching with WPML the language to English but this message still appears in Japanese. Sorry, but basically as I wrote it says “Order status was changed from Pending payment to cancelled.”.

    So, that note says that the status is changed to Canceled. I am not following anymore what the issue is here.

    You said that the issue was that orders are not canceled, but the note says that it is canceled. Is the order status changed or just the note is there but the status is still Pending Payment?

    It was not cancelled automatically so I manually cancelled.

    Ok, thanks for clarifying.

    So to recap, so far we have confirmed that:

    * PayPal orders stay in Pending Payment
    * Hold Stock is set to 15m
    * WP Crontrol does not show any error

    At this point, I think it would be better to move to a ticket so that we can get private information that we cannot ask here on the forum.
