Unparalleled support!

With so many options of good products out there, what really differentiates companies is their support and how much they care about their customers. BasePress is one such company. Yes, the plugin is excellent and does everything I needed it to do. But even more importantly, there hasn’t been a time that I’ve reached out for support that they haven’t resolved the issue or helped me find a way to make things work – even when the issue ultimately turned out to be unrelated to their product.
