Unpleasant orange bands around the ads

Hello,

congratulations on this plugin, which is very efficient. I have a problem though with the responsive version of the ads. When I set a certain AdSense ad to be responsive instead of normal, pale orange bands appear at both sides of the ad (or below the ad in the mobile version). This isn’t of big relevance for the leaderboard 728 ads, but it is kind of annoying in the vertical skycraper 160×600 ad, because the ad is actually just 160 in width, but the total area of the ad with those two pale orange bands is considerably wider and becomes a little bit invasive.

How can we solve this?
