    Hi @ramf,

    This error usually either relates to the buyer’s PayPal account or the payment method used.
    The PayPal MTS can provide more details if you share the debug ID from the log with them.
    We generally recommend making sure your merchant account is connected properly by using the onboarding wizard: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-paypal-payments/
    When in doubt, I would also suggest creating a new buyer account or using some of the test credit cards mentioned in the documentation above.
