we are currently working to resolve this issue with currencies that use decimals. I will add this thread to the development ticket in order to update you once we have a working release for this issue.

However, looking further into your description, we are not sure if the Chilean Pesos is a supported currency. In the supported list of PayPal we do not see it:

At this moment we have no resolution for this, but we are working to get this included in a future release of our plugin. Sorry for this inconvenience.
