Unprofessional, rude and software doesnt work.

After weeks of trying to debug and sort the problems out and finding no way to remedy the problems, I requested a refund. As stated on their website they offer 100% refund on products that do not function/irrepairable and if you claim in 30 days. My products did not function and even bepro couldnt repair. I requested a refund within 30 days after many hours of stress and sleepless nights and ended up installing completely different software that immediately worked seamlessly within my WordPress site. I received no acknowledgement from BePro to my refund request or any email response to any previous emails. I therefore went to PayPal resolution centre. And have since had responses, but from a very rude, unprofessional individual insinuating i’m trying to rip THEM off. This is NOT a reputable company. Stay clear.
