Hi @osnicky59
I am sorry but this discussion is becoming a bit annoying. The tone to be blamed is definitely yours. Please note that I am offering free support for a free plugin, and I spent a lot of time developing it and supporting it over the years. You started blaming the plugin for the issue and you did not even take the time to read our FAQ; I had to ask you 3 times to follow our FAQ in order to provide additional information on the issue.
I repeat that the plugin works perfectly with the current WordPress version (5.5) and also with the upcoming beta version (5.6) scheduled for December.
There’s no need to release a new version of the plugin because there are no new features and there’s no need to fix any known bug or conflict. The plugin currently doesn’t need any updates, because it just works.
The issue you’re experiencing is not a bug of the plugin itself, but it’s a consequence of a conflict caused by some 3rd party piece of code installed on your site that breaks the jQuery version shipped with WordPress. I have provided all the necessary information that should allow you to locate the issue on your site, both via our FAQ and also with replies specific to your use case. I also offered my help to investigate the issue on your site, even if it was not strictly related to the plugin. Unfortunately, I cannot do more than that.
I am going to mark this thread as resolved, as it’s not an issue caused by our plugin. Feel free to reply or start a new topic if you need additional help.
